Dental problems can sometimes occur outside normal business hours. Advanced Dental Care Clinic offers after-hours dental appointments for patients requiring assessment and treatment outside our regular operating hours.
Consider saving our contact number in your phone so you can easily reach us when an urgent dental problem arises.
Please call our clinic number to discuss your dental concern and determine whether an after-hours appointment may be appropriate.
If you require an after-hours dental appointment, please call the clinic number above. A member of our team or the treating dentist will discuss your dental concern, explain any applicable fees, and advise whether an after-hours appointment may be available to you if it is considered urgent.
The most appropriate treatment, if any, will be determined following clinical assessment and discussion of available treatment options.
An after-hours call-out fee applies to all after-hours appointments and is charged in addition to the fees for any examination, investigation, treatment, materials or procedures provided.
Applicable after-hours fees will be discussed before confirming an after-hours appointment whenever reasonably practicable. Any treatment-related fees will be discussed during the appointment and before treatment is provided, as these fees depend on the assessment and diagnosis completed at the time.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately or attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
If a dental injury is associated with significant facial injury, head injury, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected jaw fracture or any other serious medical concern, immediate medical assessment should be sought through emergency medical services or a hospital emergency department.
Advanced Dental Care Clinic’s after-hours service is intended for dental assessment and treatment and does not replace emergency medical care when required.
If an after-hours appointment is unavailable and you require advice regarding your healthcare options, information about Queensland Health’s after-hours services may be available at: https://www.qld.gov.au/health/contacts/advice/after-hours.
